Welcome to the Mission City Democratic Club, serving Santa Clara Democrats. Congratulations to the many California Democrats who were elected November 2, 2010. Democrats swept statewide offices and expanded Legislative majorities, in addition to many big wins in local races. As we look ahead to the 2012 campaign cycle, we need your volunteer help! The Mission City Democratic Club will meet several times throughout the months leading up to the 2012 elections. Please consider your interests related to politics in Santa Clara and how you can advocate for local progress through the MCDC. Education, jobs, diversity, development and transportation are just some of the issues of importance to local Democrats. Questions? The Santa Clara (Mission City) Democratic Club has a goal to recruit as members at least three percent of the registered Democrats in the City of Santa Clara. Individuals are $15 a year. Households are $25 a year. Seniors/students are $10 each. High school students are $5 a year, unless you are a member of a high school Democrats club and a resident of Santa Clara, in which case your Mission City Democratic Club membership is free.
